Excellent value for money. The hotel was DELUXE, the bed was spacious. Wonderful views over lake from our room. Kan Thar Yar Lake is adjacent to the venue. We loved the restaurant, where we had our breakfasts.

the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was nice and had a great selection of food. next to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. there was a lake within 5 mins walk from the hotel. breakfast was served in their terrace. we liked the way our deluxe triple room was. best base for exploring hpa-an.
Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.
